Dozens of protesters gathered in front of the presidency tonight to express their disapproval that the head of state, Rumen Radev, did not block the changes to the Preschool and School Education Act, which prohibits non-traditional sexual promotion in schools and kindergartens.
And in front of them in front of the National Assembly (former House of the Party) the participants of “Vazrazhdane” came out.
Several children were present at the protest, which party leader Kostadin Kostadinov announced on social media with the line “pedophiles have gone too far” – from babies, through the first years recently, to teenagers. As the pro-LGBT protest in front of the presidency started chanting “Resign!”, Kostadinov’s men started shouting “Freaks, freaks!”.

People gathered in front of the presidency in support of the LGBT community and against the law.
In front of the BNR microphone, two of the activists, who oppose the definition in the law, stated their position:
“The concept of propaganda, incitement, is defined so broadly that it is literally unclear what will be prohibited.
“It pretty much allows hate to happen in the school in general, and it’s going to be a barrier for people who are hated to get help. This law, it is completely copied from the law in Russia, which went from a school of banning talking about LGBTI people to banning talking about LGBTI people everywhere.”
And some of Kostadinov’s people spoke their minds in front of the media cameras.
One of the attendees argued her position by pointing out:
“What’s going on right now is a fad, a new one – at a very tender age to introduce subjects that are totally inappropriate for their age into schools. means one thing – propaganda. And when it starts in one way. (…) once it starts, no one knows how things will go higher.”
