Legally, if a new apartment building and an elementary school are more than 1.5 km apart, the apartment operator is required to operate a ‘school bus’.
However, this apartment does not have a school bus.

Since the ‘school land charge’ paid by the apartment operator is exempted from the rental apartment operator, it is not possible to request a commute plan.
According to the Office of Education, you cannot take the school bus just because you live in a rental apartment. I directly asked the Ministry of Education if this was true.
The Ministry of Education replied that the cost of school land use and the cost of operating school buses are not related at all.
In addition, it was nailed that the education office should prepare a commuting plan for rental apartments.
