A man in his mid-20s first transfers 500 kroner to a nine-year-old girl. The next day he vips 200 kroner. In return, he will have videos and pictures of a sexualized nature.

She is one of over 100 girls and boys who are victims in an ongoing criminal case. The majority of them are underage girls. For several years he has paid to get them to send videos and photos, the police believe.

Men who pay for this type of photos and videos are often referred to as “sugar daddy”.

The police are now warning against the development. They see that many young people, especially girls, send pictures and videos to adult men to make money.
