According to the information, a 15-year-old lived with his two brothers (7 and 10) in the apartment. The eldest stated that his nine-year-old brother had been dead for a year and that his body was in a room next to his own. The parents should not have been in the apartment for months, it is said. The children had given the impression of being neglected and living in miserable conditions. The two younger brothers appeared malnourished and injured. All three were taken to a hospital.
