The Department of Gironde is implementing a transformation and territorialisation of Child Protection. In this context, you will participate in the construction of the position of referent of social assistance for children as a prefigurator; in view of the progress of the project, this job description is likely to evolve.
The ASE referent is the territorial educational relay for administrative and judicial placement decisions, in particular for poorly executed and non-executed placements. He/she contributes to the orientation of the young person, the search for a place of placement, and to the implementation of the Project For the Child, currently being deployed in Gironde.
Carries out, with reference to the code of social action and families (CASF), legal framework for social assistance to children, educational work with children entrusted to Social Assistance for Children. Accompanies children in the relationship with their parents and their environment. Supports parents in their parenting role. Intervenes from the decision of placement, in the accompaniment of the situations of placement not carried out and badly carried out of the territorial pole.
