The Circle of children who run family businesses (Cedf) is continuing its deployment in the west of France, by setting up in Maine-et-Loire. This new local group follows the creations of the departmental branches of Sarthe and Charente-Maritime of this network, born in 2019, in Vendée. In accordance with its mission, Cedef is aimed at young buyers aged 18 to 38 occupying operational positions within a family business.
“Taking over such companies brings up specific situations and questions when working as a family. Some subjects are difficult to discuss in the family circle and in the usual business networks. Cedef offers this place where these entrepreneurs meet with each other, around their own issues,” explains Olivier Demaegt, leader of the Maine-et-Loire circle.
