ERAGNY-SUR-OISE – France has been startled by a terror attack for the second time in three weeks. A 47-year-old history teacher was beheaded in the street by an 18-year-old boy after the teacher showed the Mohammed cartoons from Charlie Hebdo in class earlier this week.
