According to American authorities, the people who are being sought on a binational basis are accused of having committed crimes such as human trafficking, drug trafficking, sexual crimes, crimes against children, and even homicide.
The people who are wanted in both countries are:
- Emeterio Sifuentes Ortegas “Oso”, wanted for kidnapping and possession of a weapon.
- Jorge Rodríguez Luján “Kory”, for possession and distribution of drugs and attempted aggravated homicide.
- Leonel Salas Favela “El Sobrino”, for aggravated kidnapping.
- Manuel Galindo Moncayo “Chivis” “El Profe”, for aggravated homicide and kidnapping.

- Angel Daniel Perales Herrera “El Perales”, for aggravated homicide.
