No way. Chievo Verona today erases a long part of its history. The Coni College of Guarantee has in fact expressed itself on the club’s appeal on the official exclusion in the FIGC council after the rejection of Covisoc. But 5 out of 6 appeals by the companies that had been rejected the application for registration are well. Only the Paganese in C was saved. In addition to Chievo that greets the B, Carpi, Casertana, Novara and Sambenedettese leave the C.

Readmissions

Tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11 am the Federal Council will ratify the exclusions and will proceed to the definition of the staff. In Serie B Cosenza will be readmitted, while in Serie C Latina, Lucchese, Fidelis Andria, Fano or Pistoiese (to be evaluated whether to regulate Fano’s demand) and Siena will be fished out. Gozzano, who renounced the C, should also be replaced: the registration request of FC Messina would not be regular, so that place will go to the Picerno. The rejected companies could have recourse to the TAR (but in an extreme case they could be readmitted in excess), in any case they will be able to start from the Legislative Decree.

The latter intention has already been made official by Chievo in a press release in which it claims to take note of the “decision of the Coni College of Guarantee and announces its intention to challenge this decision at the Lazio TAR to defend its rights, reiterating that in line with current and federal regulations for registering for the Serie B 2021/22 championship ”.
