The heads of smartphone companies are expected to represent the brand with the best they have available. However, boss Xiaomi Lej Ťün has chosen a slightly different cross-sectional system of his own smartphone portfolio and simply uses a bit of everything. He did not specify how he manages it all, but he claims to be with him everywhere wears four smartphones is quite admirable.

Although in the past it turned out that he also uses a competing iPhone (which he justified by the fact that he simply monitors the development of the competition), now he wants to make it possible in a perhaps a little exaggerated way. Its four selected models are the Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, Redmi Note 11T Pro and the European customer we know the Xiaomi Civi. We have to admit that this is quite a diverse selection, at which we also have to pause over a few choices.

First of all, it is strange that Ťün ​​chose from the current top models Xiaomi 12 and not the Pro version. The difference between them is not great, but it is still a lightweight model. Maybe boss Xiaomi will fit more of his smaller size, who knows. Subsequently, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra model is no longer a big surprise, which is simply the best that the manufacturer delivered to the market last year.

At first glance, the Redmi Note 11T Pro might seem like a long-released model, but be careful not to confuse it with last year’s Xiaomi 11T Pro or Redmi Note 11 Pro. This is a novelty that has so far only reached the domestic Chinese market. This model has a fairly unique 144Hz display and a modern Dimensity 8100 processor, but the rest of its equipment is such a decent middle class.

Finally, we also have the Civi model, which is a model from the middle of last year and has left European customers banned. His successor is already being talked about. It is otherwise a relatively standard model of the middle class, which tries to impress mainly with its glittering back cover (more see our impressions of MWC).

One more thing also strikes us. Why folding is missing in the selected set of phones Mi Mix Fold? This is also a matter of last year and it is still a completely unique piece in the manufacturer’s portfolio.
