Chief Prosecutor Submits Relevant Evidence in Pre-Trial Proceedings of “Barcelonagate” Case Involving Boyko Borisov

This was announced by the Prosecutor’s Office

The Chief Prosecutor submitted to the 49th National Assembly the last part of already sent numerous translations from Spanish to Bulgarian of materials received in connection with a European warrant executed by Spain. It is related to an investigation into pending pre-trial proceedings of the SGP, which concerns Boyko Borisov.

The additional materials constitute evidence relevant to the submitted request for permission to prosecute him. The materials are related to pre-trial proceedings of the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office, known as “Barcelonagate”.
