Chief human resources officer (m / f / d)

Tasks:
Development and implementation of national and international HR strategy goals, standards and processes
Overall responsibility for the HR area and all HR work
Disciplinary management of the HR team at headquarters as well as professional management of HR managers worldwide
Further development of the organization, processes and instruments
HR business partner for top management
Direct responsibility for recruiting and filling key positions worldwide
Development and implementation of innovative concepts for recruiting and strengthening the employer brand (“employer branding”)
Responsible for internal communication and spokesman for public relations
Active participation in the overall corporate strategy
Direct reporting line to the CEO
Conditions:
Degree
Many years of management experience in personnel management at the first or second management level
Well-founded professional experience of several years in an international, globally successful industrial company
Proven success in the implementation of modern personnel concepts in the context of skills shortages, digitalization and modern working environments
Good knowledge of labor law
Integrating manager with a modern understanding of leadership
Integrity paired with a high customer and service orientation
Talent in communication and assertiveness
Fluent spoken and written English
