– 3 medium-sized chopped tomatoes.
– A bag of tortilla bread.
– 1/2 teaspoon each: chicken spice, paprika, and black pepper.

Method:

1. Place the chicken in a deep dish, then add the spices and salt to it, and stir the ingredients together. It is best to leave the mixture of chicken and spices aside for a few hours or until the seasoning is complete.

2. Heat the oil in a wide frying pan, then add the chicken pieces to it and stir until they change color and begin to cook. Continue cooking the chicken on low heat until it is completely cooked.

3. Rub a loaf of tortilla bread with butter on both sides, then place an appropriate amount of chicken pieces on the loaf.

4. Decorate the top with tomatoes, onions, green peppers and cheese.

5. Fold the loaf around the filling to seal it.

6. Place the finished piece of chicken tortilla on a thick, preheated frying pan or tray.

7. Cook the chicken tortilla over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides, flipping occasionally.

8. Serve the chicken tortilla hot and cut it into slices before serving.
