There’s a 60-degree day in sight for Chicago as temperatures continue to rise after a cold, snowy February.
Tuesday morning was the coldest morning we will see in our area for at least 10 days or possibly more.
Although the day started cold, but mercury little by little reached 40 degrees giving way to a sunny afternoon. For hours of the night we will return to 2- and 30 degrees.
On Wednesday we will see mostly cloudy skies and highs that will range from the mid 40s in the areas near the lake shore, and into the low 50s for the rest.
The lake breeze will continue to keep areas near the lake shore with temperatures in the low 30s at least through Friday.
Early next week, we’ll start to see warmer air coming in, warmer temperatures that could hit 50 and 60 degrees by Monday.
What if we can not forget that with the arrival of heat increases the possibility of rain and storms especially for hours of the night of next Tuesday.
