The symbiosis of the Schick Sisters and the Opus Band shines red like love and passion. Three full-blooded musicians have found each other here. Whether catchy tunes written together, popular hits from the long opus history or cover versions of Queen – the voices of the three sisters give the songs their own luminosity. Honest, handmade pop doesn’t have to be old-fashioned.
Katharina Schick (vocals, guitar), Christine Schick (vocals, violin) and Veronika Schick (vocals, double bass, piano) do without frills and pandering to trends; their interpretation of Opus’s very first hit (“Eleven”), for example, took on new wings. from 1982).
