The US automotive company has presented the modernized Tahoe and Suburban, revealing that the production of both models will begin at the General Motors plant at the end of 2024.
Both full-size SUVs, which are presented as 2025 models, have received a new front design with a black radiator grill, narrow headlights and C-type daytime running lights, while the cabin pleases with a new digital instrument panel (analog dials are no longer available) and a 17.7-inch multimedia touch screen. A special joystick on the steering column is now used instead of the traditional gear lever.
The range of electronic aids includes automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, front and rear parking sensors, blind spot monitoring and lane keeping assist.
The engine range still includes gasoline units with a volume of 5.3 and 6.2 liters and a power of 360 and 426 hp, as well as a three-liter diesel engine, the power of which has increased to 309 hp. Power units work in combination with a 10-speed automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive.
Adaptive air suspension for cars is included as standard equipment, but 24-inch wheel rims are offered as an extra.
