Avignon Tourisme and the organizing committee of Cheval Passion have just made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 edition of the show. Initially scheduled for January, like every year, the organizers had postponed it, from May 12 to 16, hoping, at the time, for better days!
But one month before the opening of the Cheval Passion fair at the Parc des Expositions d’Avignon, it must be noted that the prospects for welcoming the public and exhibitors are still too uncertain. Faced with the difficulty of projecting onto a realistic scenario and given the technical requirements of setting up the event, the Avignon equestrian festival cannot take place this year.
“For more than a year, we have mobilized all our resources to imagine a formula adapted to the health context and despite everything organizing the Cheval Passion show and its Crinières d’Or gala. We know how necessary this meeting is. and awaited by the riders and the large community of enthusiasts of the equestrian world, by breeders, training centers, professionals and companies in the equine sector. It is with great sadness that we must resolve to cancel the 2021 edition “ explain the organizers who are meeting from January 19 to 23, 2022 at the Parc des Expositions d’Avignon for the 36th edition of Cheval Passion!
Tickets postponed to the 2022 edition or reimbursed
