TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) will alert the official workshop during the 2023 Eid homecoming and returning home period. This official workshop will serve Chery customers who are homecoming in carrying out vehicle maintenance, both before and after the Eid homecoming period.
“Remain open, following the operating hours of each dealer, for the homecoming period and back for Eid,” said PT CSI Vice President Harry Kamora at the Iftar Together Chery event in Jakarta today, Friday, April 14, 2023.
Not only that, during the 2023 Lebaran homecoming and returning home period, Chery also provides a free road assistance service that is valid 24 hours a week. Then there is a home service service with free pick-up and delivery of vehicles.
“We have a WA (WhatsApp) Group service that is ready to help travelers, it’s very effective, all fields are there,” he explained.
Currently, Chery has 34 authorized dealers spread across Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Bali. This year, Chery targets to add 26 more dealers which will be established by the end of 2023.
