The Chinese company Chery has launched its new Jaecoo J7, which belongs to the crossover category, in the Russian market and several other global markets, which is expected to achieve success and strong sales thanks to its distinctive design and the new technologies available in it.
The new Chinese car came with an eye-catching exterior design, in which Chery combined simplicity and modernity at the same time, in addition to its headlights, which are equipped with uniquely designed lighting units that operate with the latest LED technologies.
The Chery Jaecoo J7 is 4 meters and 50 centimeters long, 186 cm wide, and 168 cm high, while the distance between its wheel axles is 267 cm.
The Chery car has a luggage compartment with a capacity of 615 liters, and this capacity can be increased to 1,332 when the back row of seats is folded. It is also equipped with two rows of comfortable seats equipped with heating systems and electrical systems to control their positions.
The Jaecoo J7 features an advanced driving interface with 13.2- and 14.8-inch touch screens placed in the middle of the interface in a longitudinal manner, as in Tesla cars. Screens that act as a digital instrument panel are also installed in front of the driver.
The new Chery car came with standard safety specifications, most notably cameras that provide a complete 360-degree view of the body’s surroundings, front and rear distance sensors, and several driving systems suitable for various types of roads. It was equipped with light and rain sensors, and front and rear distance sensors.
The car runs on a SQRF4J16C turbocharged engine with a capacity of 1.6 liters and a torque of 186 horsepower, and a 7-speed automatic transmission, and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h within 8.9 seconds.
