How would you describe the music scene and characteristics of your city?
AXIS Team:We believe that the inclusiveness of Chengdu is obvious to all, and the city is able to accommodate all kinds of music and activities. The music atmosphere in Chengdu has always emphasized “human connection” rather than “differences between people”. In other words, Chengdu people prefer to enjoy the atmosphere of music and participate with everyone. I believe that every foreign friend who visited Chengdu will be attracted by this sense of closeness and closeness.
What style of music do you think young people here prefer?
AXIS Team:Electronic music has made a big impact on Chengdu in the last ten years. In addition, hip-hop music is very popular in Chengdu. For the young people around us, the musical direction is becoming more diverse, not only Techno, House, and Pop, but also different styles mixed in one track, something that is difficult to explain with one label. Young people are more likely to be attracted by these new and diverse music styles, and this change is inseparable from promoting local music producers and is inseparable from Chengdu’s club culture.
