Despite a lackluster season in Napoli, Osimhen is still the striker of choice. Several European teams are after him and Chelsea is one of them.
according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea are looking to beat Paris Saint-Germain in the race to sign Osimhen. The Italian media report that the Blues have developed a strategy to try and pry the star from Naples.

Chelsea want to offer Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis and Napoli a guaranteed contract. The Premier League club are reportedly willing to pay Osimhen’s release clause in full (€120m).
Finally, the Blues intend to bring forward 80 million euros as part of a deal including Romelu Lukaku and the young player. The idea was also to pay the striker well beyond his current net salary of 10 million euros per season.
With Napoli missing out on a place in the Champions League for next season, Osimhen is closer to the exit. PSG would be a return to Ligue 1 for him who has already played in Lille. However, the 25-year-old is much more keen on the Premier League.
