Chelsea is reportedly planning to discuss a possible swap deal with Inter Milan for goalkeeper Andre Onana when they talk about Romelu Lukaku’s future next week. Onana has been impressing in Serie A, helping Inter to the Champions League semi-finals, and may be on his way out of the club this summer. Meanwhile, Lukaku wants to remain at Milan under the terms of his loan deal, but has struggled with consistency at the San Siro. Inter, who have an agreement with Chelsea to keep Lukaku for a £7 million loan fee and £165,000-a-week in wages, may be open to a swap deal for either Kepa Arrizabalaga or Edouard Mendy. Chelsea’s interest in Onana is part of their efforts to strengthen their goalkeeping options. Mauricio Pochettino is also said to be in talks with Chelsea to become their next manager, with a deal possibly being wrapped up by the end of the week.
