Chelsea London are on the verge of signing Monaco defender Axel Disasi, journalist David Ornstein reports on his Twitter page.

The London club agreed to transfer the 25-year-old football player for 45 million euros. The deal will be officially closed shortly. A personal contract with the French player has already been agreed.
Disasi made 49 appearances for AS Monaco last season in all competitions, scoring six goals and providing four assists.
