Chelsea have opened talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a possible deal for Neymar, according to Le10Sport.
Neymar could be on the verge of quitting the Ligue 1 champions, following Lionel Messi on the doorstep.
The Brazilian’s season ended early due to an ankle injury in February. By then, the striker had scored 18 goals and provided 17 assists in 29 appearances.
However, Neymar largely failed to live up to expectations with PSG and became the target of criticism from the club’s supporters.
Chelsea are the latest club to throw their hat in the ring as they open negotiations with PSG, after it was earlier reported that Manchester United and Newcastle were keen to bring him to England.
New Blues boss Mauricio Pochettino is believed to be eyeing a reunion with Neymar, having managed him during the coach’s spell at PSG in the 2021-22 season.
