Chelsea and Inter Milan in Talks for Potential Transfers of Lukaku, Onana, Koulibaly, and Chalobah

Chelsea and Inter Milan are said to meet this week to discuss the potential transfers of Andre Onana, Romelu Lukaku, Kalidou Koulibaly and Trevoh Chalobah.
