Following the government’s announcements, the 14 media libraries of the public reading network are closed to the public from Friday, April 2, 2021 in the evening. For the Paris – Marne Valley agglomeration, maintaining access to culture is a priority and giving you the opportunity to read, listen and view during confinement is a necessity.
The “Ready to go!” is therefore relaunched on Tuesday April 6 in 5 media libraries: Jean-Pierre-Vernant (Chelles), Ru de Nesles (Champs-sur-Marne), Ferme du Buisson (Noisiel), François-Mitterrand (Pontault-Combault) and Aimé- Césaire (Roissy-en-Brie).
This service complies with the health recommendations in force relating to the loan of documents. It is expected to evolve in the coming weeks. As a precaution, the media library consultation areas are closed to the public and on-site activities are canceled until further notice.
Document loan
You can reserve up to 4 documents per card (only 1 video game and 1 board game). All documents can be reserved on the website, even the documents indicated as being available.
Now, you can start booking. The withdrawal will be made from Wednesday April 7 at the Jean-Pierre-Vernant media library in Chelles only.
This service is open to members of the media library network.
To book, here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Reserve your documents
You can book from the website media-nord.agglo-pvm.fr.
To connect to your account, enter your username (card number) and password (date of birth in DDMMYY format).
For all information, contact us by email ([email protected]) or by phone (01 72 84 62 96).
Remember to group your requests and limit your trips. We will notify you as soon as your documents are available.
Step 2: Collect your documents
Wearing a mask compulsory from 11 years old. Preferably, only one person at the pick-up with the membership card or an identity card at one of the following slots, without an appointment:
Jean-Pierre-Vernant media library in Chelles
Wednesday: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday: 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Document returns
All return boxes are closed. During your visit to collect your reservations, you can return documents during the opening hours of the Jean-Pierre-Vernant media library.
Note: The documents will remain on your card for 3 days while we isolate them, before being put back into circulation.
