Antonino Cannavacciuolo returns to his homeland, Vico Equense, to experience Ferragosto with his brothers and enjoy moments of relaxation with the family. Italy’s most loved chef from the nearby Sorrentine Peninsula took the opportunity to make a surprise visit to nearby Castellamare di Stabia. Cannavacciuolo stopped off at Piazzetta Milù, enjoying the culinary creations of Maicol Izzo, an emerging minzù of the Campania landscape. Michelin star, Maicol Izzo after returning from abroad seems to continue his creative path at home, bringing innovation to Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by his baggage built over the years. Vico Equense, Catalonia and the French Riviera, represents the professional course of the Stabiese before landing in Schito in his homeland. Cannavacciuolo then traveled the journey around the kitchen of the young chef from Stabia, accompanied by his brother Emanuele Izzo, recognized for his wisdom in wines and by Valerio in the dining room. Group photo in memory of the kitchen star’s visit to Castellammare.
