Check out the New York apartment sold by actor Daniel Radcliffe

An unobstructed view of the entire city of New York, almost 230 square meters, contemporary decoration… This apartment had everything to be that of a star! It belonged to actor Daniel Radcliffe the interpreter of Harry Potter and was sold in October 2022, according to the property records of the Big Apple released on Monday, October 24, 2022. Purchased for $4.9 million in 2008, this was resold for $5.3 million. The British actor then realized a $400,000 capital gain on this condo located on the eleventh floor of One Morton Square.

Arranged in a corner, the apartment consists of three bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a large living room with a bay window offering a panoramic view of the Hudson River. A functional kitchen as well as a dining room which leads to a small living room – library. Special feature of this place: the television can be rotated between the dining room and this small living room. In addition to the large bathroom located next to the suite, each bedroom has its own small private bathroom. All punctuated by many corners that act as a pantry or dressing room.

Sold to Fokke de Jong – a Dutchman at the head of the Suitsupply fashion brand -, the latter will be able to take advantage of the numerous comforts and high-level services offered by the residence. These include a concierge/doorman service, fitness center, children’s playroom, bike storage, and on-site parking. However, all these extras come at a cost: the monthly condominium expenses amount to $3,100. It is therefore no coincidence that the residence is known for hosting other stars. In fact, director Oliver Stone, actor Mike Myers (Austin Powers) and actress Ashley Olsen (The house party) also attended this residency in Lower Manhattan.
