Check out the evolution of Starship. With explosions and everything

The development of the SpaceX spacecraft Starship is progressing at a high pace. Here you can watch a supercut video from CNET where you cut together a bit of how the craft has developed in less than a year.

In the clip, viewers can follow from the first flight of the small prototype Starhopper last year and on through various iterations of Starship prototypes. It all ends with the first successful landing of a Starship prototype, which took place earlier this month.

SpaceX has developed Starship at an impressive speed and states themselves that they plan to send the spacecraft to space within a year. Before that happens, however, Starship must be mounted on the pre-stage rocket Super Heavy, a rocket that SpaceX has not yet built.
