A few days ago, it became clear that the British singer Adele bought the California mansion, which Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin have been trying to sell for a year since leaving Los Angeles. Then they moved to their new house, located on the opposite end of the country, and more precisely – on the azure beach in Plam Beach, Florida.

Shortly afterwards, the couple launched their Beverly Hills property with an initial price of $ 110 million, but after a long time no candidate was found, they reduced the requested amount to $ 85 million. Apparently, however, this figure was not to the liking of the singer of “Rolling in the deep”, which eventually parted with $ 58 million to acquire it, although the real balance accumulated in her bank account for the period 2009- 2019, to be estimated at $ 430 million.
And yet this is more than the couple gave for their last home, as according to the American press, they got it for a modest $ 33 million. But let us now turn our attention to the second home in the City of Angels, which the winner of several Grammy Awards has added to her collection.
It was built in 1990 by order of the actor, spreads over a total of 14 acres, and the main building, providing ample space for its inhabitants, occupies an impressive 1951 square meters of them. Overseas tabloids report that the annual property tax, which the 75-year-old Rambo star will no longer worry about, as it will now be Adele’s responsibility, amounts to $ 125,000 a year.
In addition to eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms, the building, erected on a hill providing a breathtaking view of the city, has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, which is installed not one but two islands, providing a field of expression for any enthusiast who decides to unleash your culinary skills.
However, the favorite place of the Oscar-nominated actor was undoubtedly the office, decorated with a large collection of figures of different sizes, depicting the iconic film characters in which he incarnated over the years. However, the focus is on a massive statue of his character Rocky Balboa, who raised his hands triumphantly over his head, placed next to the arched window of the room, revealing a view of the outer alley leading to the entrance gate. Naturally, the Hollywood movie celebrity has probably already taken out most of her accessories, including the sculpture, so that the singer can furnish them as she sees fit.
In addition to the building there is a whole wing for the service staff, as well as a guest house with two bedrooms. Of course, there are all the other amenities, including a large pool in the backyard, whose waters provide a great opportunity to escape from the hot days, which are common in this part of the country.
Neighbors whom Adele will have to greet by chance on the street include Denzel Washington, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin, Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart, Mark Wahlberg and others.
