How to collect the prize for the 11/11 draw tickets?
Those lucky enough to win one of the prizes from the ONCE Extraordinary Draw will be able to collect their prize at the different points of sale where the coupon was purchased. In the same physical sellers, points of sale authorized by ONCE and through the official website for those who have played online.
If the prize amount is greater than 600 euros, the prize can be received at the different collaborating banking entities by presenting the tenth prize winner.
Can a broken, lost or stolen 11/11 Sweepstakes coupon be redeemed?
According to the regulations of the draw, all coupons that have been purchased through physical sellers or authorized points of sale must be in good condition to be able to collect the prize.
If the purchase has been made online, the regulations do not apply since the lucky winners will be informed by email of the prize they have won and the winning amount will be integrated into the relevant account.
How much does the Treasury take on the ONCE 11/11 Draw prize?
Since January 1, 2020, all those awarded with amounts less than 40,000 euros will be exempt from taxes, while a 20% withholding will be applied to those with amounts higher than 40,000 euros.
