The Canary Islands Government offers its residents perform the Active Infection Diagnostic Test for free (PDIA) of the coronavirus who live in the peninsula to return to the Canary Islands at Christmas.

This was announced this Friday by the Canarian president, Victor Torres, where he indicated that Canarian residents who are in the Peninsula, whether students or not, they can take a free trial before returning to the islands for Christmas. In the case of arriving at the islands without said test, they may undergo an antigen test at the airport.

Torres has indicated that national travelers who arrive to the islands will also have to take this test in their places of origin, being paid for by them. And if they travel to the archipelago without that proof, they would also be asked an antigen test upon arrival without penalty.
