In the Kemenko PMK website, the social assistance programs that have been distributed are the Basic Food Program, Family Hope Program (PKH), BST, Jabodetabek Social Assistance, KPM PKH Bansos, KPM PKH cash social assistance program The value distributed is Rp. 112.9 trillion.
This social assistance program has only absorbed 80 percent of the 100 percent budget prepared by the government, which is Rp. 127.2 trillion. According to the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (PMK), according to President Joko Widodo’s direction, the distribution of social assistance will continue in 2021.
Muhadjir explained, several regular social assistance programs are planned to continue to be implemented in 2021 as before, namely PKH for 10 million KPM and the basic food / non-cash food assistance (BPNT) program for 18.8 million KPM.
Meanwhile, for non-regular social assistance that will be given is BST, whose number is increased from 9 million KPM in 2020 to 10 million KPM in 2021.
The distribution of social assistance in 2021 will still be channeled through the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Villages.
The BST value for 10 million KPM outside DKI Jakarta will be the same as in 2020, which is IDR 300,000 per month.
For rice social assistance for 10 million KPM PKH, according to Muhadjir, the distribution will be considered again in 2021. It will continue to take into account the condition of Bulog’s rice stock.
