Jakarta – National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) said that he had received additional evidence on the examination of household assistants (ART) and Aide-de-camp (ADC) from the Head of the Propam Division Ferdy Sambo on the cause of death of Brigadier J.
It was obtained after Komnas HAM examine the ART and the aide for approximately 8 hours, from 10.15-17.15 WIB at the building having the address at Jalan Latuharhary No.4B Menteng, Central Jakarta.
“We made quite significant progress because there was an ADC coming. We also got additional evidence from the PCR test and the travel time frame from Magelang to Jakarta“said Komnas HAM Commissioner Mohammad Choirul Anam at a press conference at the Komnas HAM building on Monday (1/8/2022).
According to Anam, from the results of the examination, they also obtained documentary evidence that could strengthen the time constraint (range) or what happened from the start which would later be able to explore the evidence of the cause of Brigadier J’s death.
According to Anam, the evidence in the form of a document will later be used to cover the evidence and information obtained from the results of the examination of the witnesses.
