VIVA – Samsung Galaxy A13 5G officially launched in the United States (US). This device is the most affordable 5G phone belonging to the South Korean technology giant in Uncle Sam’s country.
As quoted from the site Gizmochina, Thursday, December 2, 2021, the phone is the successor to the Samsung Galaxy A12 which is limited to 4G connectivity.
The handset sports a 6.5-inch LCD panel on the front with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Samsung Galaxy A13 5G It also has dimensions of 164.5 x 76.5 x 8.8 mm and weighs 195 grams.
The dew point notch (Infinity-V) at the top houses the 5MP front camera. While on the back, there are three cameras consisting of a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The variant for the US market is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM with support for MicroSD card expansion. There is also NFC for using Samsung Pay. These features will vary by country.
Connectivity options on this phone include sub-6GHz 5G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Other specs consist of a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, one speaker, Android 11 OS, 5,000mAh battery, and 15W charging.
