Chaudfontaine resumes deliveries after heavy flood damage

Water manufacturer Chaudfontaine, whose factory was badly damaged in July by the floods in the Walloon municipality of the same name, has resumed deliveries, the company announced on Monday.

In mid-August, more than a month after the disaster, it was already announced that production had restarted, for two thirds. Deliveries to customers can now also resume. The first truck with mineral water left the bottling plant in Chaudfontaine on Monday.

The Chaudfontaine factory normally produces around 125 million liters of beverages per year. The brand is owned by Coca-Cola.
