Châteauneuf-sur-Loire. Housing aid. The community of communes of Loges (CCL) organized a habitat breakfast on Wednesday at the Espace Florian. A meeting for elected officials and professionals (real estate agents, bankers, brokers, surveyors, RGE-recognized environmental guarantor companies, etc.).
The idea: to inform them and present local and national aid to facilitate the renovation of vacant homes and housing. “The latter are very numerous, hence the importance of fighting against this complex phenomenon which results from several causes. Housing is a key issue, both social and demographic,” underlined President Frédéric Mura.
The Soliha associative network
Before indicating that the Soliha associative network was chosen to carry out the engineering and files of the planned housing improvement operations launched by the Loges community of communes.
This working meeting also had the objective of allowing participants to be prescribers to their users and clients, by informing them in turn of possible measures.
After a reminder of national aid (My renovation bonus, my adapt bonus, my decent housing bonus, the zero-interest loan or even Loc’ advantage), local aid was mentioned: facade renovation (25% aid); home support (80%); home renovation but also energy improvement of housing (100% without resource conditions); putting city center housing back on the market (up to 4,000 euros in aid).
