A person stole a Range Rover van which was being repaired in a shop, shortly after ran into the police and a chase ensued. The suspect lost control and crashed the expensive truck into a retaining wall after attempting a U-turn on flat tires. An officer shot him after he smashed the windows of the truck. The alleged thief is in stable condition at a nearby hospital, while the luxury car was left at NW 28th St. and Chestnut Ave. (Video courtesy of Beto Llanas)
