The elected official does not intend to set up additional health protocols during the next events: “I do not want to add constraints. But the organizers will have to be rigorous in respecting the instructions. “
The state has set the gauge, until August 31, 5,000 visitors at the same time on the site. Karine Dorange is not very worried about the end-of-year programming: “At the beginning, there were uncertainties on the part of the organizers to maintain their event. ”
For his part, the director of Chartrexpo, Jean-Marie Blatry is pleased to attract new event organizers: “A vintage fair with the sale of objects and textiles. And in 2021, they will offer a retro evening. In these difficult times, it is interesting to welcome new fairs for our visitors. “
And to clarify: “Chartrexpo is really an interesting site for exhibitions, seminars, competitions, product launches, sporting, cultural or VIP events. “
The dates of December are reserved for the various works councils of Eure-et-Loir. Once a month, Chartrexpo continues to welcome international merchant unpackings, open to professionals, in the car park.
It is the only site in France to have obtained authorization from their prefecture and their town hall on May 19: “Our protocol has been validated. It involved the wearing of the mandatory mask, and a direction of traffic, but above all we had all the identities of the people present on the site. This traceability made the difference. ”
