The group, touring all over France, made people dance to the rhythm of their music. The musicians, singers and dancers took to the stage at Place Châtelet in front of some 3,000 spectators who had come to listen to the great hits of French and international variety.

Barely started, the show suffered a heavy downpour which interrupted the artists in their tracks, and a break while waiting for the rain to stop.

Lucien Roger, president of the ChartrEstivales association, recalled that 150 artists came to Chartres this season, to host 41 shows, in two months of concerts, “it’s a unique event in France thanks to our 52 partners and our many volunteers,” he said.
