The second episode of the show filmed in Chartres (Eure-et-Loir) will air tonight, Thursday 18 February 2021, at 6:30 p.m. on Chartres.live, it will be available in replay at the end of the broadcast.
This second part has for theme: “Diabetes… No Limit”. Morgane Legrand, visually impaired host of the show will receive three guests.
The guests of the day
The rider of Team Pro Cycling Novo Nordisk Quentin Valognes will be the first guest, from a distance. “He will share his experience between sport and diabetes,” says Coline Veillard, communications officer at Chartres Métropole Digital Innovations.
The Durand family, Martin, the son, Cécile, his mother and their dog Nixie will be on stage to discuss the ACADIA association which has for primary objective to improve daily life young people with diabetes, using the olfactory and mediating skills of dogs.
And to bring a little of culture, a duo of actresses, Rebecca Stella and Avela Guilloux, will come to present their play “Les Îles Desertes”, which deals with diabetic children.
A signed program accessible to all
The issuance of 52 minutes is signed by Lola Violette, interpreter in the language of the monkeys and deaf from birth.
The first episode, which aired last November, had 465 views. “Avec les Yeux de Morgane” is devoted to the world of disability, it gives a voice to the people concerned, sick or able-bodied, “whose voices we hear too rarely or only in the background” around topics on inclusion , citizenship and associations.
