No more sticker stuck on the windshield in Chartres. The macaron will go dematerialized in 2024! Until now, the sticker allowed residents to park for free in their neighborhood. Six zones and six vignettes existed. For 2024, no more paper. Each household will make their request online at chartres.ehabitants.com by providing the necessary documents or from the one-stop shop from December 1st. To spot cars in violation, public road surveillance officers (ASVP) in Chartres will be equipped with smartphones capable of checking registrations using the PayByphone application.
