What a great idea to use sport to bring together job seekers and businesses! Sport brings people together, allows us to surpass ourselves, to show the best of ourselves. And in the middle of the Rugby World Cup, organized in France in addition, we could not offer any other sport than rugby this year!

Comments echoed by Agnès Ventura, community advisor responsible for city policy, who considers it “essential for us to do everything we can to support the young people looking for work« .
The job match, which has been a success every year since its launch, allows you to move beyond conventional frameworks and meet for a sporting moment, in a different way. Soft skills and associated values are prioritized over know-how during these meetings, and it works!
