A demonstration is organized at the call of the Health branch of the Departmental Union of the CGT in Eure-et-Loir, Tuesday January 11 at 10 a.m. from Place Châtelet in Chartres (Eure-et-Loir). The union also filed a strike notice for the same day.
Medical and non-medical staff from social and health establishments in Eure-et-Loir are called upon to join the social movement, according to the union.
The revendications
The strikers will mobilize in particular so that all health and medico-social professionals of the public and the private sector without distinction benefit “immediately” from the increase in the value of the point of remuneration, following the Ségur de la Santé,
Caregivers and social personnel are also calling for “a real Employment-Training plan to train, recruit staff and improve our working conditions to avoid the resignations of colleagues who multiply during the period because” broken “by the arduousness of the work”.
Recruitment, tenure and improvement of working conditions are also part of the union’s demands.
