Sunday April 3, 2022, around 7 a.m., a 27-year-old Chartraine received a call from her boyfriend who, returning from a nightclub, told her that his car had broken down. Not believing her version of the facts, the young woman went in search of her. She found her vehicle parked outside the home of a woman she suspects is her mistress.

She would then have grabbed a piece of wood to dent the Ford and break windows. Then she left. She was arrested by the police a little further. Drunk, she had 1.92 g of alcohol per liter of blood. She was placed in a drunk tank.
At 4 p.m., the young woman’s blood alcohol level was 0.80 g. After being taken into custody, she was released. Her boyfriend would not have filed a complaint. But the prosecution decided to prosecute the Chartraine for the facts of degradation.
