The municipal council of Chartres (Eure-et-Loir) , which took place this Thursday, September 16, 2021, began with a tribute to a former elected official.
This is Marie-Sylvie Jouffrieau, deputy mayor since 2001 and councilor until 2008 and died in September 2021, “after an exhausting fight against the disease”, explained Jean-Pierre Gorges.
She was a beautiful person, who suffered a lot and loved many.
A minute of silence was observed by all elected officials following the mayor’s intervention.
