CHARTRES – Anti-squat law adopted

The law against the illegal occupation of housing brought by the deputy Chartrain Guillaume Kasbarian adopted in first reading in the National Assembly. The law provides better protection for occupied housing owners or victims of non-payment.Debated since Monday, the text has sparked debates in the hemicycle among supporters of the right to property but above all those for the right to housing who have denounced a “homeless in the factory” law.
