The Los Angeles Lakers will host the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday, in what will be the first meeting of the NBA season between the two franchises. The Californians arrive in search of their fourth consecutive victory, against surprising Hornets that fight to go to the playoffs.

In the Lakers, both Kostas Antetokounmpo and Marc Gasol will continue to be absent due to the NBA’s sanitary protocols. Alex Caruso will remain on the outside as he continues to recover from a concussion he suffered a couple of games ago.
