‘But every child is a blessing and I feel very blessed right now. And right now I’m just trying to stay as calm as possible and take care of this baby.’
Urging her followers to keep negative comments to herself, she insisted that decisions about her relationship are hers to make, stating “it’s my life, not yours.”
She concluded: ‘Please, if you don’t have anything nice to say, please don’t say it.’ Besides, what I decide to do is nobody else’s business, it’s my life, not yours.
‘I appreciate all your advice and support, but some people get too involved and make mistakes. I just don’t need x.’
After the gender was revealed, Matthew returned to his parents’ home but the couple are “considering couples therapy” and the Swinton Lions player has now returned to the family home.
Announcing her pregnancy, Charlotte said: “It’s been a crazy time… horrible, dealing with grief, trauma and being pregnant.”
