- THE CHARLOTTE SENSATION DOESN’T STOP
After suffering their first loss on Monday in overtime against Boston, the Hornets moved to Orlando with the goal of securing victory over an opponent at the door. Mission accomplished 120 – 111, without being sovereign, but for her third game in four days, Charlotte got the job done thanks to her fit man, Miles Bridges. The player of the week scored 31 points, coupled with the 24 of Gordon Hayward back to its best level, to ward off the brave youngsters of the Magic, who however fought to the end and who will certainly win more matches than announced this season with this attitude. Charlotte climbs to second place in the Eastern Conference, before an interesting trip to Miami on Friday.
- BROOKLYN AND BOSTON STILL IRREGULAR

Miami is off to a good start, unlike last season, in a season where the Floridian franchise has big ambitions.
Boston is struggling to find its rhythm and lost against the surprising Wizards at the start of the season. Ms. without a big Bradley Beal, Washington was able to count on a good connection Dinwiddie – Harell (47 pts them both) to overcome Celtics o the duo Tatum – Brown is still in league offensively (14/38 cumulative shooting). Indiana is also in the tough, beaten 118-100 Toronto without ever being a threat. With 26 points and 10 assists Fred VanVleet, plus 25 pointsOG Anunoby, the Raptors clinch their second victory of a season with no real ambitions.
- GIANNIS TOO ALONE TO EXPECT VICTORY
Second defeat for the reigning champions, surprised by Wolves who validate the progress made at the start of the season. Despite a mammoth match for the MVP of the finals (40 pts, 16 rebounds, 7 pd, 3 blk) Milwaukee suffers from the lack of Jrue Holiday and the beginning of the season in half-tone of Khris Middleton. Minnesota was able to rely on its trio Towns – Russell – Edwards (79 pts them three) to win in the Winsconsin. The Wolves are a surprising third in the West.
The Hawks suffered to defeat a recovering Pelicans after three losses to start the season. Lead by an address at half mast (41.7% shooting, 26.7% 3-points) Atlanta relied on 31 points from Bring young, author of six points in the last three minutes, to win 102-99 and maintain an interesting record (3-1). Fourth defeat in five games therefore for the Pels, but the displayed level of play allows them to hope for better.
- THE TWO LOS ANGELES TEAMS IN THE HARD
In the absence of LeBron James, still in delicacy with his ankle, the Lakers are somewhat collapsed in the Thunder. Despite a first triple-double of Westbrook (20 pts, 14 rebounds, 13 pds) and the 30 points ofAnthony Davis, LA is still limited defensively and bowed 123-115 in Oklahoma. Sha Gilgeous-Alexander was the spearhead of his team with 27 points, but it was all the youth of OKC who got in tune to clinch their first success of the season. The time is not yet for panic on the side of the Lakers, but we feel that this team is struggling to find its alchemy.
The neighbors of the Clippers are also experiencing some troubles at the start of the season. Orphans Kawhi Leonard, they were ineffective in attacking the Cavaliers. Paul George was not in a great night (12 pts 6/20 shooting, 10 rebounds), and his whole team sank 92-79 against Cleveland, where Colin Sexton did the job with 26 points. The Cavaliers return to balance, while the Clippers can worry.
- PHOENIX CRUCIFIED IN THE BUZZER
The Suns wanted to finally kick off their season after a hesitant start, but the unpredictable Kings went through it. In a close match, o Deandre Ayton made his law inside (21 pts, 21 rebounds), Phoenix came close to snatching an overtime but finally bowed the siren on a three-point d‘Harrison Barnes, in a game where six Sacramento players went over 10 points. Despite 31 points of Devin Booker, finally in success, the Suns concede their third loss of the season, and will have to win as many games as possible in their next four receptions in Arizona, against the affordable teams.
Finally, Portland did not have to force his talent to dominate the Grizzlies totally out of the shot, the image of Ja Morant close to the triple double (17 pts, 10 pds, 9 rebounds) but author of 9 losses of ball. The rest of the team looked tired, and the Blazers took advantage of it without playing their best. The win feels good for Portland after their loss to the Clippers, and when Damian Lillard will finally launch its season, this team could well be dangerous.
No huge surprises, but some interesting results: this NBA night does not yet allow us to see more clearly about the ambitions of each other, but some formations took the opportunity to validate a successful start to the season. Although the season is still in its infancy, some favorites have delayed ignition, and a reaction is expected in the coming days.
